Balkan Folk Dance

Learn dances in a variety of styles and rhythms with beautiful music from cultures around the world. Some of the countries represented are Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, Albania, Greece and Israel. Folk dancing is fun and good exercise. It is also stress reducing, cardiovascular stimulating and a protection against dementia.

2 sessions:
• Beginner: 12 PM – 2 PM
• Intermediate: 1 PM – 3 PM

$10 drop-in, pay at the door.
