“Drawing from ballet, modern dance, yoga, and qi-gong, we wake up gently listening to our bodies, breath, and music. Connecting to the ground and skies, we realize the reality of Energy and focus on creating fluidity, awareness, body-mind alignment and balance. We dance in the enchanted garden.” – Nina Jirka
