Award winning singer/songwriter Vickie Russell will be celebrating her new CD "Next" with a CD release concert at Unison on Sat. March 8, 2008 @ 8:00 PM, (snow date is Sunday, March 9 @ 4:00 PM). The concert will feature Russell on vocals, keyboard and guitar, David Michael Peters on guitars, Eric Parker on drums, Martin Keith on bass, as well as some surprise musical guests.

Vickie Russell is a singer/songwriter and keyboardist/guitarist originally from NYC and now resides in the beautiful Shawangunk Mountains of New Paltz, NY. Vickie's passion and purpose in life is to share her heart through song and laughter. Vickie has played throughout the US, Europe and Japan. She has shared the stage with: 10,000 Maniacs, Donovan, Tuck and Patti, Rick Danko, Leon Russell, David Wilcox, Jeffrey Gaines, Chris Smither, Cris Williamson, Richie Havens, Peter Mayer, Groovelily and Jill Sobule playing festivals, outdoor concerts, summer coffeehouses, clubs and theaters.
