Many cultures and spiritual traditions have used chanting as a means of entering the heart, releasing anxieties of the mind and achieving union with the spirit. Join us as we sing chants from Hindu, Tibetan, African, Native American, mid- eastern and western traditions. Leaders and musicians will include Amy McTear, Joseph Jastrab, Lynn Margileth, Ned Leavitt, Arundhati, Sahaja, Marty Klein, Thierry Revillon, Dona Ho Lightsey and others. Untrained and heartfelt voices are both welcome and necessary. Bring a pillow if you wish to sit on the floor. Chairs will be provided.
