John Bridges displays a new body of acrylic works on canvas; a celebration of American iconography in layers of strong earth tones. He has replaced the predictable and sentimental, "Red, White and Blue" with colors he created himself out of American soil.

John has exhibited in galleries in New York, Massachusetts, and California, and most recently at the Unison Gallery at Water Street Market. He manages the New Paltz location of the Rhinebeck Artist's Shop, and resides in West Hurley with his wife, Amy, and their beagle, Nadine.
