Clay Shop
A clay castle made in Clay Shop
with Helene Bigley

Students in the Clay Shop will learn coiling, pinching and slab-work techniques. They will then decorate, glaze and fire their work. These young artists will explore and create projects such as bowls, boxes, castles, animals, figures, faces and more. Class sizes are small.

Helene Bigley studied ceramics and received a B.A. in Art Education from City College. She has worked with clay for the past 27 years and has taught Clay Shop for over 10 years in her Mountain Rest Road studio.
