Alex Lipstein

"During high school I took photography 1 and 2 and that is where I learned my skills. I admire Ansel Adams and my final project was trying to emulate the style in which he shot. I also like the work of David Muench whose nature shots inspired me to take hikes more often and take more nature shots." Alex Lipstein

Alex Lipstein is 17 years old and a recent graduate of Ridgefield High School in Ridgefield, Ct. He will be attending West Virginia University in the fall. He loves to photograph the many places he has traveled on hiking and biking trips with his family, including Beijing, Mt. Everest, Greece, Tibet, England and Peru.
